From business problem to
shipped product — no surprises.
Discovery
We spend time learning how your business actually works — not just what you want built. We map your operations, identify constraints, and understand the real problem behind the brief. This is where most agencies skip ahead. We don't.
No commitment. Just a conversation about your problem.
Scoping
We turn discovery into a precise scope document: what we're building, what we're not, how long each phase takes, and what it costs. No ambiguity. You sign off on the scope before a line of code is written.
Transparent from the start — no vague day-rate estimates.
Build
We build in tight, visible cycles. You see working software every two weeks — not a big reveal at the end. You're in the loop via a shared project board and a standing sync call. Changes are managed through a structured change request process, never informally.
Real products, real outcomes — across six industries.
Launch & beyond
We ship to production together. Staging environment, QA checklist, performance audit, and a handover session so your team knows the product. After launch, you're on a care plan — meaning we stay available, keep everything current, and keep building.
Most clients stay. Because the team that built it is best placed to improve it.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is scoped individually. We don't sell fixed packages because your problem is unique. After discovery, we give you a clear, itemised quote — no vague day-rate estimates. Most web and mobile projects start from $10k. SaaS platforms from $20k.
How long does it take to build?
A focused MVP typically takes 6–12 weeks from scoping sign-off. Full platforms with complex data models take 3–6 months. We set a milestone timeline in the scoping document so you always know what's coming.
Who owns the IP and source code?
You do, completely. We transfer full intellectual property rights on final payment. You'll have access to the repository from day one.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before any substantive discussion of your product. Your idea stays with you.
What happens after launch?
We offer ongoing care plans covering hosting management, uptime monitoring, security patching, and monthly development hours. Most clients stay on a care plan — it's how we build long-term technology partnerships.
Can you work with an existing codebase?
Yes. We've taken over and extended legacy systems, rebuilt monoliths into modern stacks, and added new features to products we didn't originally build. We'll do a technical audit first so there are no surprises.
