The Challenge

A service marketplace needed a consumer mobile app, an ops backoffice, and an identity verification layer — three products built in parallel.

Our Approach

Designed a unified data layer with separate surfaces for consumers, service providers, and ops staff. Built the mobile app in React Native and the backoffice as a Next.js admin.
